Orders placed by 2 pm CST on business days will be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 2 pm CST will be shipped out the following business day. Shipments generally take about 2-4 business days to arrive. When your product is shipped out, you will recieve a confirmation email letting you know.
There is a 90 day warranty on all iPhone battery packs. The warranty covers any battery pack that is malfunctioning within that period, as long as the malfunctioning is not caused by damage to the battery pack, including physical damage or water damage.
There is a 30 day time period for returns not due to malfunctions, and there is a 15% restocking fee that will be assessed to these returns. All original packaging & materials must be included in the return. Shipping costs will not be refunded and will be the responsibility of the customer.
All returns require a return authorization number (RA#). In order to obtain an RA#, email us at sales@iphonebatterypack.com and request one. Once your request is processed, we will reply via email with your RA# and instructions to return your item.
