Return Policy / Warranty

Here at iPhone Battery Pack, we are committed to do everything in our power to make sure our customers feel confident and satisfied when conducting business with us. We offer a 60 day warranty/return period on all iPhone battery packs.

If you wish to return/exchange your iPhone battery pack, you must contact us and receive a return authorization number prior to returning the merchandise. When sending back your product(s), you MUST include the original packaging or you will not receive a refund. We recommend using a shipping method which includes a tracking number, so as to make sure your shipment arrives as expected. The shipping costs to return the product(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for returns will be for the total amount of the merchandise alone minus a 20% restocking fee. The shipping is non-refundable.
