Q) When I have my phone in the battery case, does it force the phone to charge? A) No, all of our battery cases are equipped with on/off switches or buttons which allow you to control when you want to use your battery case to charge the phone.
Q) Can I sync my iPhone to iTunes while I have it in the iPhone Battery Case? A) Yes, when you have you iPhone in your battery case and you plug the case into your computer, it will sync up as it normally would. There is no need to remove the phone from the battery case in order to sync.
Q) Can I charge both the iPhone and the battery case simultaneously? A) Yes. You just need to have your iPhone in the battery case and then charge the battery case. This method will charge up both pieces -- it will first charge the iPhone, and once the iPhone is fully charged, it will automatically start charging up your battery case while keeping your phone fully charged.
Q) How do I know how much charge I have left on my battery case? A) There are indicator lights located on the back of the battery cases. Just press on the button next to them and the indicator lights will illuminate. The more lights that illuminate, the more charge your battery case has at that time. If all lights illuminate, then your case is at or near full charge.
